Primary and secondary fuel filter replacement per manufacturer intervals. Diesel fuel filters are critical for injector longevity — clogged filters can damage expensive injection components.
Electrical
Load testing, terminal cleaning, and replacement as needed. Diesel trucks place far greater demands on batteries. We stock quality replacements rated for diesel applications.
Drive System

Frequently Asked Questions
For conventional diesel oil, we recommend every 5,000–7,500 miles; for full synthetic, every 7,500–10,000 miles. Trucks that tow heavily or operate in Arizona’s extreme heat should lean toward the shorter end of these ranges.
Most diesel oil change services take 60–90 minutes including the drain, filter replacement, new oil fill, and multi-point inspection. Diesel engines hold significantly more oil than gas engines (typically 10–15 quarts).
DCA stands for Diesel Coolant Additive — a package of corrosion inhibitors and liner protection chemistry required for diesel engines. We test DCA levels at every coolant service and add supplemental DCA as needed.
Diesel engines require oil with specific API ratings — typically CK-4 or FA-4 for modern diesels. Using gasoline-engine oil or an incorrect diesel specification can lead to inadequate protection and premature wear.
